1. Language proficiency - Good English and Hindi speaking skills.
2. Good comprehension and conversational skill.
3. Should have good presence of mind.
4. Should possess good rapport building and problem solving skills.
5. Candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and offer tailor made solutions.
6. Candidate should be able to handle irate / demanding customers where necessary.
7. He/She should be able to Multitask (e.g. simultaneously screen navigation, talk & type, etc.).
8. Should be able to meet defined quality metrics.
9. Should be willing to work on rotational shift and rotational weekly off.
10. Female candidates to be rostered for rotational day shifts.
